the biggest differentiator is the availability of the software and ease to use. It comes part of the bundle with M365 subscription.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is the storage capability and functionality to archive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. I feel it is perfect for big size organizations.
