What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
What I enjoy best about Microsoft Power BI is that it is highly versatile (thanks to the price structure) with Power Query, making it ideal for many BI novices. Anyone who has worked with Excel before may easily learn how to utilize Microsoft Power BI. There is no need to alter the tool straight immediately if the needs grow a little more sophisticated. Microsoft is also fulfilling the needs of corporate clients by providing premium features, row-level protection, and built-in artificial intelligence services. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Power BI makes it simple to integrate a wide range of structured and unstructured data sources. Getting started with Power BI for report users is frequently quite simple, owing to single sign-on and the familiar "Excel-like" interface. More experienced report users frequently learn fast how to adapt current reports to their needs. Above all, I see benefits in enhancing the efficiency of my job, because data preparation in BI makes it easier to execute analyses in my field. Microsoft Power BI is the primary issue solution for me since it simply handles complicated data. Power BI can also be readily linked with other tools in Office.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Standard visualizations are on the verge of being eclipsed by other BI tools (como Tableau). However, Microsoft is pursuing a really interesting strategy through the visualization market. The standard number of connectors is also rather limited. The look can only be tweaked somewhat, and I feel that familiarization will take considerably longer for newcomers with no prior understanding of Excel. such as Microsoft Teams or Excel, making it highly appealing to businesses who use the Office365 Toolstack. In terms of price-performance, the licensing fee structure (per license) is unrivaled for small and medium-sized businesses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I really appreciate how the user interface is comparable to Excel, allowing a wide range of individuals to utilize this application for data visualization. There is also a free basic version available. The "dashboards" produced enable our company to digest and utilise Amazon's largely "unfriendly" data more efficiently. It is also feasible to merge diverse data sources with one another, which adds significant value to our market industry. The ability to filter by different metrics is very useful, particularly for advertising data, allowing it to be properly monitored and studied, and I appreciate the export to Excel tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?
The ease of transforming data and the ease of dragging tiles around a on the report page.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MS Power BI allows you to import large data sets and turn them into workable charts etc. that drives business decisions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The licence fee is fairly pricey, but it is worth it for any BI Manager

MS Power BI plays a pivotal role in driving our BI program for the business forward, so it a must for any BI Manager

Manual data pulling. Would be better if API is develop to integrate for other tools.
