What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Everything about Microsoft Power BI is way more better compared to other similar products. It allows me to place my visuals exactly where i want them to be, analyze and explore my data and share content with others by publishing to the Power BI web service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to connect, mash up, model and visualize all your data in order to come up with very useful and detailed interactive data visualizations and reports. It has exceptional data visualization capabilities with a variety of charts and graphs to make the visualizations more effective and efficient. The user-friendly User Interface makes it easy to navigate through and use. It provides different kinds of data sources for data loading purposes. The drag and drop option makes it even more easier to create visualization. It accepts a variety of data sources like Excel files, One Drive and also third-party tools such as SQL databases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like they should provide the limit of public reports in the trial version so that developers can test their reports on the cloud and the public can see them. It is difficult for those people who do not know SQL to code in DAX language.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My time using this product has proved worthy and it has proved to be the perfect solution to our data visualization needs. I can thereby confidently recommend it to any organization looking toward an outstanding and powerful data visualization tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

It connects different data sources in one place where you can do all conversions from deleting data to adding and merging data to visualizing data with many options available, you can choose different charts and filters with many functions available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it’s BI Engine, which has fast processing capabilities and which makes sure reports are accurate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some layouts need to be improved and adjusted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We should consider it while going for a BI tool considering it’s capabilities.
