What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

It is simple to use, intuitive, stable, and effective; it has a large capacity for importing and exporting data; it integrates with other platforms; its panels are dynamic; it generates real-time reports; it is completely customizable; it enables you to create profiles or roles with access to information based on the permissions granted, and it is reasonably priced.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I especially like how it connects and extracts data from various systems and sources in real-time; it is also very customizable and can be adapted to the needs of any company; moreover, it interacts well with Dynamics 365, which is a fundamental tool of our operation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When used with large data sets, their processing and response times are often longer than expected, so I think more work needs to be done in this area.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Power Bi is a robust tool to visualize, analyze and present data effectively; it has dashboards, graphs, and reports that adapt to the requirements of any business; it improves decision making, increases productivity and profitability; therefore, it is essential to consider its use because the benefits obtained will help your organization grow.
