What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Microsoft Power BI is easy to use and provides a user-friendly interface. It is provided to us to connect all Microsoft applications like Azure and SQL with Microsoft Teams support. Power BI supports multiple data sources with excellent connectivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very powerful analytical tools that provide us with drag-and-drop visualization that is very easy, and also a new developer can make it easy to use and easy to understand. It also supports DAX formulas, which makes it incredible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I have a large dataset, then it performs a little bit slow and is not properly refreshed on time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

should be the performance improve with large datasets.

Integration with Microsoft ecosystem. Pricing and Accessibility. Ease of Use Advance AI capabilities Real time Data access and Analytics Collaboration and sharing service Customisation based on user needs. Power query Scalability. Constant updates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Performance, Automation, Customisation like dashboards ,metrics and alerts are in usp of this product. It can be tailored based on users needs improving both reporting and user adoption.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Performance issues during large datasets. Steep learning curve Collaboration restrictions in free version Data export limitations. Like Excel or CSV. Limited offline capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest in learning power query which helps in cleaning, reshaping and transforming data. It also saves lot of time and efforts while preparing reports. Plan for collaboration. Schedule refresh efficiently And stay updated and leverage the power BI community.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a vast library of built-in visuals, and if those aren't enough, users can import custom visuals from the Power BI marketplace or even create their own.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve for advanced features can be steep.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start small: Begin with simpler reports and dashboards to get familiar with the interface before diving into complex features
