What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

1.Microsoft support 2. A whole lot of different connectors to pull data and work upon whether asf or aws redshift etc. 3. Advanced calculations functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To usually pull data from multiple sources such as adf,redshift,SharePoint. So all such diverse options are available which is best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It sometimes lags when working on some heavy data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One one the best choices for data visualizations.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Many users of data visualization software will likely describe Power BI as highly intuitive and user friendly and this perfectly fits my experience as well. Power BI's high intuitiveness is made possible primarily by its drag and drop functionality, which allows users to interact easily with data on the platform , regardless of their technical level.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Power Bi's use of incremental refresh when analyzing large pieces of data is commendable , as it helps with scalability and helps provide a generally smooth experience for users like myself, regardless of the volume of data I am trying to visualize. Added to this, I am in love with Power Bi's adoption of artificial intelligence through AutoML and Co-pilot which are key functionalities on Power Bi that I have found useful for enhanced data interaction and self-service data preparation, among other uses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Power BI integrates smoothly with fellow Microsoft products like SQL server and Excel. However, it is never a smooth ride when connecting Power BI with third party tools and services like Google analytics, or MongoDB. because of divergent data architectural designs and vendor lock-in on the part of Microsoft, which is the parent company that owns Power BI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Power Bi, provided that the adopting teams are able to navigate the complex waters of third party integrations.
