The easy way to use it. You don't have to be a developer in order to use it and you can add rows, automate, report, and all in just 1 click.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that we have a lot of views for the same board: Graphic, Kanban, Gantt.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer Support in my opinion is not the best
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
its a great tool but you have to learn how to use it by yourself

Automation heaven!

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Being online based and a mobile version its literally accessible for the team from anywhere at any time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration alongside the automation has really allowed us to streamline processes and allows our team to focus on more pressing tasks, which are still aided by Monday.com
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes we have had it where the customer support has taken a number of days to come back to us and we have to had make the processes manual again to get by.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is a brilliant system and can be easily retrofitted to your needs. i would think of a couple of processes you have and get the support team/sale team to explain just how easily these can be automated.
