Nothing really, it's a large tool with a substantial amount of capabilities, and figuring out how to utilize it for your specific purposes will take some time. But it is something you must accomplish with whichever tool you choose to use.

It would be beneficial if you spent some time exploring all of Monday potential and considering how you can best use it. Identify your company's needs and attempt to figure out if it satisfies them. The more personnel you have testing the product, the more input you will receive to assist you make the best selections.

The preconfigured templates make overall project management considerably easier. Boards assist us in staying organized across many cross-functional teams so that our teams can cooperate. We can also ask our vendors to collaborate with the team on our boards, which is quite beneficial. We are able to divide the quantity of work we have. It's incredible to be able to see all of my tasks since I normally write things down and lose them, but this format is so clear and effective that I can communicate simply.

I enjoy being able to simply arrange and know who is available. Everything is plainly written out and simple for everyone to use, which I think is fantastic. I particularly like the functions that appear while you're working on anything since they provide for more information than simply a blank spot. Allow people to see where you're at with your projects. I particularly enjoy how the boards may be combined to provide a comprehensive project portfolio. The dashboards are also downloaded in a very user-friendly manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Subitems are difficult to utilize; it would be ideal if each job could have various columns in the subitem categories. It seems that occasionally you add too much information in the columns. I dislike that the formulae in the columns are so simple; I believe they should have the ability to make them more sophisticated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before joining the team, the key user who will be deploying the program should be fully educated. You could also question your staff whether they have trouble keeping track of what duties they need to do and when to seek assistance since they don't know when others are busy.

It handles people and task management in a very simple and easy way. The ability to quickly change statuses and manage items across multiple users with very little lagtime makes it the top provider of its service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is its API. While this is a feature not typically used by everyday users, it has been a huge benefit for linking Monday to existing databases and other services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the webhook management could be improved to better manage all the different webhooks you can create on a board. Better naming and clarification over what the webhook is and what it is doing and what URL it is connected to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend testing out the product and how it can handle your projects and then look to integrate it with other products or services as it handles cross-data really well.
