What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

It streamlines processes, encourages responsibility, and provides information rapidly to those who require it. Monday is typically my response when someone asks how to present workflows in an understandable manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy adaptability. One day I may need to design a form for jotting down ideas, and the next I may require a process board for product management. I could then wish to use the incredibly beneficial integration they provide to keep track of my Jira tickets. several options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It might be challenging to conceal some of the information that is displayed on a board, so you occasionally need to get inventive and come up with complex solutions. Additionally, posting a single update to linked or repeated things is not recommended if you need to edit several items on various boards at once, especially if there are attachments involved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Utilizing Monday.com is quite simple, and there is a tonne of ready-made layouts to choose from. Working together with others and communicating directly within the app is quite simple.

Monday has a great UI/UX makes working with this tool a fun experience. In addition, the platform has stong integration and flow control modules that allow for easy integration with many internal and external tools.

I am most impressed with the no-code integration features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it seems very complete, there are many small issues that make working with Monday less than optimal. For example, sorting a list by clicking on the header does not change the sort of the list so you have to manually sort the items. Or, there is no easy way to bulk update different tasks. But I think the worst part was the pricing which makes this one of the more expensive tools in the ballpark.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's very easy to use for simple cases and can be configured, with some effort, for more complex cases. There are several ready made templates so make sure to find the right ones for your use-cases.

To identify who is in charge of each point, you can assign responsibilities to specific people. It is simple to use and makes keeping track of things so much easier. similar to how each work and complicated project are managed through automation and transparency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For a project with many moving pieces, it helps to keep track of the priorities and changes for each item. While various team members concentrate on various aspects of a single assignment, they are all able to make any necessary adjustments since they have access to the most recent version of that work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data that is imported from Excel needs to be cleaned up. The data is useless if someone on your team does not use it. The fact that each board is a "workspace" with equal value bothers me. To construct a project plan for each different team, you should ideally be able to divide a project's workspace into subteams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The nicest aspect of Monday is its simplicity. Setting up different formats and color-coding them is simple. Drag and dropping make it simple to create the desired format or order.
