It is really very useful all the functions that Monday has and that allows the organization of projects and various tasks that we have to do, is done effectively, quickly and smoothly. The best CRM that we have been able to have within the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization of the different workflows, makes the tasks much easier to execute and visualize, preventing any delay in the activities. Document management is very useful, as all documents are stored in the same place, saving time searching for them in different sections. The Gantt chart, task management and automatic workflow make this CRM the ideal software for project planning in any company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve can be quite high, depending on the number of projects and members, since so many functions and customizing workflows can be complicated. The mobile application does not have all the features of the web version, and its interface is not as user-friendly. Its reports should be more customizable and modifiable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the most complete task planning and execution software I have used. The activities are executed in order of priority, according to the benefit of the project and the company, so it certainly achieves a better flow of the work environment. Since it was installed in the company, all projects flow much better.

Monday.com has shown an excellent adaptability in the market, it stands out for being the best platform without automated code in the market and its initial configuration is very easy and practical at the time of use, which allows changes to be executed in real time of each report online. Business transactions can be easily tracked thanks to Monday and the payroll of each worker can be handled in an organized manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excel files can be manipulated through the resources that Monday offers us thanks to its power to integrate with many third party software. Categorizes each user giving the necessary permission to adapt to what we want at the time limiting to a couple of general columns for each one to be able to carry the precise order. The tracking of activity by employee is impeccable, we can follow to the letter every step made by each employee in each report.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no adaptation to a free Marketplace using Monday, sometimes it does not have the solution when marking a sale or a note, you can get confused by the marking options that Monday gives us. Sometimes a worker closes a few minutes earlier and Monday rounds it up, which makes the worker register more hours of work than he really worked.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have been able to develop many projects thanks to Monday's codeless capability, you don't have to keep a single general record, you can keep one individually making the work more efficient. We were able to operate and manage several projects at the same time without getting involved in any other aspect of the project.
