Great visual product with great features

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Very visual and useful PM tools, integrates well with other platforms, it does help transparency and accountability.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing workflows is very easy with this tool, esp timekeeping and billing. This efficiency allows the team to be more efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support can be dilatory and membership ie monthly/annual costs are quite high.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Private board features that cost extra should be free or default. For example keeping employee salaries private. A discount for annual payments is 15-20%, but you need to try before buying.

Great desktop UI, very easy navigation, one-click task creation.

Mobile UI is not good and tough to use.

Monday.com is designed for teams of all sizes, helping both small startups and large companies to work better as a team. It is so versatile that customers span a wide range of markets and industries unlike HarmonyPSA, the latest generation of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools. Complete suite of professional services automation for softw.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The prompts and reminders are really useful in ensuring that you stay on top of your work. Working in customer service, these boards also allow me to keep track of my KPIs and manage my data in one place. You can also provide links to other systems, making it simple to obtain data from other sources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't anything I don't enjoy at this point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need assistance with workflow and task lists, this software is for you. It's also quite useful for assigning work to members of a team.
