What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

Monday.com has allowed me to streamline team meetings and track the completion of projects in real-time. It has an excellent interface and the amount of work to organize and create table flows in a way that suits the organization's specific needs. It makes the job extremely easy and has helped us move forward in the organization. There are many features in this great software; the drag and drop feature is the best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a platform with a visual interface that is easy to manage and implement with applications and integrations that allow you to create or customize solutions on the job. Once Monday.com is set up, it is straightforward to keep track of clients and projects. I can link dashboards and different elements to track the same customer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit overwhelming when creating very complex project dashboards.

It is a practical work management tool for small, medium, and large companies. It is an option for anyone looking for a simple project management solution that helps simplify the work. With technical support that is always there when you need it, and they are constantly improving the features for your benefit.

Monday has been an incredibly helpful tool for collaborating across departments. The user interface is streamlined and easy to use, with an incredible degree of flexibility based on the individual needs of each stakeholder. Customizing each board based on what it is tracking has been easy and effective. Even visually, the platform feels sleek, approachable, and modern.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

On Monday you can create calendars for your team to use for a variety of projects. It's really useful to communicate, hold people accountable, share files and see what stage certain projects are at.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that the dashboard cannot be ordered per person. If you'd like one project, let's say "Email Calendar" at the top, everyone else's dashboard gets arranged "Email Calendar" is at the top and you cannot put something else there without everyone's being rearranged.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like that Monday gives me one place to track on projects along with my team. It helps to see where we are in the process, as well as assign tasks to people and automate workflows.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

Very visual and useful PM tools, integrates well with other platforms, it does help transparency and accountability.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing workflows is very easy with this tool, esp timekeeping and billing. This efficiency allows the team to be more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support can be dilatory and membership ie monthly/annual costs are quite high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Private board features that cost extra should be free or default. For example keeping employee salaries private. A discount for annual payments is 15-20%, but you need to try before buying.
