What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Monday facilitates coordination in the team, as well as for larger campaigns and projects. For the first time, we were able to present our complex Kanban-based task workflows in a really clear way and structure them for our ever-growing team. In other kanban-based systems, clarity was quickly lost if more than 2 people were working on a board. On Monday we used a common mega board as a team. As our team grows, it is very easy for us to add new people to our board and, despite the complexity, they quickly find their way.
