What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is truly differentiated as a product, project and portfolio management solution in that it offers the ability to streamline . The pricing is also very accessible for enterprise and mid-market companies as it offers the ability to scale in a reliable way, without excessive price ramps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com keeps our product and project management teams on track. The tool is great for cross-functional team collaboration, allowing our teams to manage complex projects and workstreams in an efficient way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Monday.com lacks more complex capabilities and functions of a robust CRM. If it continues to add sophisticated CRM functions including related tables and calculations, it will become a great alternative to having separate CRM and product management tools in place.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to integrate workloads and workflows from cross-functional teams into Monday.com and perform a comparison of features and functionality during a formal RFP to evaluate the product and project management solution for your organization. It is essential to evaluate integrations in place, along with the ability to customize.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com has allowed me to streamline team meetings and track the completion of projects in real-time. It has an excellent interface and the amount of work to organize and create table flows in a way that suits the organization's specific needs. It makes the job extremely easy and has helped us move forward in the organization. There are many features in this great software; the drag and drop feature is the best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a platform with a visual interface that is easy to manage and implement with applications and integrations that allow you to create or customize solutions on the job. Once Monday.com is set up, it is straightforward to keep track of clients and projects. I can link dashboards and different elements to track the same customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a bit overwhelming when creating very complex project dashboards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a practical work management tool for small, medium, and large companies. It is an option for anyone looking for a simple project management solution that helps simplify the work. With technical support that is always there when you need it, and they are constantly improving the features for your benefit.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday's dashboards can be structured extremely flexibly, with countless ready-to-use modules for grouping and structuring priorities, schedules, effort, responsibilities in the team, project affiliation, and so on. The best thing about it: all modules can also be individually adapted and linked with automations. There are hardly any aspects of a task that cannot be mapped in this way. With automations it is very easy to set up rules, what annoying maintenance work and much more. take control. Bonus: Monday's user interface is just nice, especially if you back up the color group names with meaningful emojis. ;) Unlike the simple tables in Exc
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday facilitates coordination in the team, as well as for larger campaigns and projects. For the first time, we were able to present our complex Kanban-based task workflows in a really clear way and structure them for our ever-growing team. In other kanban-based systems, clarity was quickly lost if more than 2 people were working on a board. On Monday we used a common mega board as a team. As our team grows, it is very easy for us to add new people to our board and, despite the complexity, they quickly find their way. The automatic system notifications don't look appealing and also don't show who wrote what on which dashboard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some details of the new features are not yet fully developed. For example, when tasks are moved from one dashboard to another, subtasks are lost, which is a pity. However, it is curious: you can keep track of which functions will be developed next in the public product roadmap, of course, elaborated as a Monday dashboard. Notifications from within the tool. For example, we want to build advertising material with Monday and now the programmer has to know, for example, when the project manager and the designer have agreed. Despite a long search for the function "Notify all, even if you click on the answers", we did not reach the correct result
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In particular, I like the automations and integrations available, which means that several recurring or annoying activities (reminders, content on the go after completion) are omitted. You can keep an eye on what tasks the team is working on and there is always a new dashboard in the daily work, which can automate and facilitate one thing or another (holiday replenishment, markdowns, etc.) that the tool was not purchased for. at all. Customer service is excellent, I always received a quick response. Sometimes very competent, sometimes you had to ask again, but for the fact that they helped me so quickly, it was absolutely great.
