Nothing much. It's a simple mediocre product
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
maybe automations but honestly there's isn't any favorite aspect
What do you dislike most about this product?
Low performance, bad navigation and orientation within the app. A real time drainer. Lot's of notifications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
don't use the product - use clickup or any other competitor. they all do it better. Or simply use an excel sheet.

Efficient and streamlined

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Asana's the easiest method to run team projects, procedures and tasks, remain productive and deliver better work quicker, whereas monday.com is developed for teams of all sizes. Working as a team better. Customer cover a wide range of markets and sectors. It is very adaptable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our team is happy to finally have a place where we can plan out our individual and team initiatives as well as interact with one another in a pleasant and convenient way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We'll need to set aside time to learn how the platform works in its entirety and how we can effectively utilize the area for the purposes of our nonprofit. However, this is true of most platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Transitioning to Monday.com will be lot easier if you already have a project management system in place. You can build new boards and upload all of your data as.csv files. You can then disseminate the data from those boards to much more precise boards, which will assist you focus on the board's purpose, goal, or mission. If you don't already have a project management system, expect it to take 1-2 months to put one together from the different segmented elements that Monday.com already offers in templates. They offer a number of tutorials to guide you through the setup process for a variety of needs.

Easy to use, but limited functionality

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The simplicity of setting up and managing tasks/projects. It is very easy to use and very user friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to quickly identify project status, and manage daily tasks
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited functionality, other software offerings offer additional tools to help manage the project lifecycle.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
