What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com now provides us with the visibility we require to keep on top of all of our projects; it also encourages team communication, which aids in the completion of work swiftly and in a timely way. Monday enables my colleagues and I to be more productive throughout the workday, and our tasks are efficiently handled because to this program. The biggest advantage of Monday.com was that I could see how my work team's task was distributed, which was previously impossible because they only utilized another platform and excel, but now everything is in one spot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com is incredibly user-friendly, with a short learning curve and simple implementation within our company. The flexibility to tailor anything to my own needs and immediately share my work/boards with the team. Monday.com simplifies my day and allows for quick and effective communication; moreover, it helps me to have a clear and VISUAL management of my task through a project, a timetable, or simply as an agenda of your own weekly time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult to exert influence on a Monday board or modify a task on another board; if we have a management board that is dependent on duties done on an individual board, it is time-consuming to make the adjustment manually. Sometimes mistakes occur on the platform, such as when I submit a picture, which is duplicated throughout the upload. Another advantage is that it is useful while you are on the road, but without service, it is hard to see the work and assess it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It keeps the team focused on our objective, and a clear presentation also allows us to convey to other team members what has been achieved on time. Monday.com keeps me organized for many of my workflows; I'm a visual person, so the color coding for each topic is very helpful; it also helps me create subtasks for each task I need to run; and it's also nice to create Gantt charts, which provide a clear view of your goals from both an individual and team perspective.
