While various team members concentrate on various aspects of a single assignment, they are all able to make any necessary adjustments since they have access to the most recent version of that work.

The data that is imported from Excel needs to be cleaned up. The data is useless if someone on your team does not use it. The fact that each board is a "workspace" with equal value bothers me. To construct a project plan for each different team, you should ideally be able to divide a project's workspace into subteams.
