I only compared it to one other and the price for a small business was the deciding factor.

Very easy to use and set-up users.

The ease of use, for admin and for users

the insight tools could be a little easier to know which is which in their descriptions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend for companies as our over 100 employees love using it. Very easy to use
