What differentiates Motivosity from other similar products?

The other products that I evaluated could do one thing very well (experience survey administration, recognition & rewards, engagement analytics, etc.). I felt like Motivosity did a good enough job covering all of these different functionalities. When you have a limited budget for one tool to impact remote employee engagement, I felt like Motivosity was the biggest bang for your buck!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love "Spaces" because it's helped build more meaningful personal connections between our employees. It's not as widely adopted as I'd like it to be, but those who are using it are loving it and thankful that it's allowing them to learn more about their coworkers. The recognition part of the platform is great as well and we've seen a massive increase in our employee's recognizing one another.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's still new, so there are still bugs/limitations to the product, but because of that fact (that they are newer), I would expect the product to only get better and better from here on out, which excites me to see what else they can come up with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have remote teams, Motivosity is a great way to foster connections between them...especially fully remote teams with team members are feeling isolated.

How fun and lively it is! Great website look and feel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use and the different clients listed on the page. It's fun to even just look at.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a little "busy" with quite a bit on the homepage so can come as distracting

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it! Easy and fun to navigate and not very stressful, honestly.
