The mobile app is the best

There are some glitches, sometimes skips the milestones for peers, like birthdays from appearing at the company's feed

Have a good implementation strategy.

What differentiates Motivosity from other similar products?

When we were first looking for something like this, it was the only one that used something like their Thanks Matters system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allegedly, it has brought back company culture after moving to primarily remote.

What do you dislike most about this product?

After a while, the implementation is becoming costly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Maintain a good budget for rewards and redemptions.
