The biggest drawback of Network for Good is its limited customization and scalability, especially for growing nonprofits with more complex needs.

What differentiates Network for Good from other similar products?

Network for Good has easy to use reports and filters with their own integrated email platform. They have excellent customer service that is easy to access. It works very well as a donor database and processor; it is a great improvement over previous software. It simplified donation processes, cleaned up data, and allowed to increase monthly donations and have a more robust reporting process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use, offers webinars if you don't understand a certain option they offer, chat in the chat box, and you can always call and talk to a person, what I like the most is the integration between the email service provider and the donor database. The software is very easy to use. Of course, as with anything else, the more you use it, the easier it gets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Payment processing is limited to Network for Good's own system, it would be a good idea for them to incorporate PayPal or some other payment processor, to offer potential donors additional payment processing gateways, it is unsatisfactory to not see payments showing up on all campaigns and names not showing up on different networks, there are some customization elements that I wish were easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is easy to use and intuitive. It's simple. And there are tons of articles on how to do just about anything. Network for Good made it possible to make the decision to pivot and I was able to put together an email blast in much less time and without the expense of sending. It offers a wide range of reporting options that allow me to focus on exactly what I was looking for. The video message that we can customize and send in real time to a recent donor is a big hit.

What differentiates Network for Good from other similar products?

It can be said that this is one of the best fundraising or donor management because of the good definitions that the program brings to set up fundraising pages. We can create different donation pages according to the theme of our campaign that is being developed as well as the interface allows us to easily send thank you letters or emails to donors as well as it has functions for reporting and data retrieval.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have effective communications due to the tools implemented by the platform which makes it almost easy to get in touch with donors in various ways as also organizing their data as how to do tasks like managing a newsletter, running a fundraising campaign, doing a peer-to-peer fundraising, managing monthly donors as many more benefits.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a degree of complexity when learning to use it which takes some time to learn it, but in reality it is a very good platform which would be excellent that for the price paid for the license would have additional technical support for learning, as well as implementing a module where a campaign makes an auto shutdown when a goal is reached.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good platform to help small non-profit companies which is very suitable to grow their donor base through email, text messages, and providing template campaigns for different situations which is very helpful for users with little experience in the field, it is recommended because most non-profit organizations, this system is the perfect complement due to its ease of use and price.
