What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

The ease of deploying end user accounts to remotely connect to company systems is a key differentiator for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of swapping between different companies and clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more filter options in the search areas.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you consider ninja as a serious RMM competitor. The automation features are very useful, and can really save time.

Very practical and allow us to service multiple clients, easily.

Clean, practical, effective

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting needs improving.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's very effective to run scripts, install/remove SW, getting basic info, remote console, etc. It has good integrations but it doesn't allow me to integrate it with whatever I would want.
