What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

NinjaOne is a cloud-native platform for remote monitoring and management. It facilitates comprehensive features for endpoint management, automation, and support. It is extremely user-friendly, unlike its opponents. It does not demand complex on-premise setups or any additional onboarding. Making it favorable for us to deploy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

NinjaOne has a clean and intuitive user interface, making it accessible for even beginners. One with basic knowledge can navigate it, whereas other platforms get bloated and complex. It has quick and lightweight remote access. This means no external source is needed. Also, it is speedy, and trustworthy software, which does not slow down endpoints.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no built-in ticketing system on the NinjaOne platform. We have to integrate it with separate PSA tools. For example, Connect Wise Manage, and Autotask.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

NinjaOne is a strong RMM solution for IT teams and MASPs who want lightweight, and automation-friendly software to maximize its benefits, one should have a deep understanding of automation and reporting capabilities. So, take the help of given tutorials to get familiar with it.

Incredible interconnectivity, synchronization with Slack and TeamViewer and most importantly guaranteed security.
