We've had 5 Customer Success Managers in 2 years-hard to build rapport/relationships. Also, hard to get consistency in getting problems resolved

Great product overall. Platform is easy to use. Paycor is working on improving service, but it is often still sub par

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

Paycor has a simple to use system that allows you to enter new employees and track their personal, contact and work information. very simple and optimized for the purpose of human resources management. And an even simpler feature for new employees through the hiring system and management assistance. The admin login is an extraordinary utility for each department, as it enables me to give certain access to each level of worker, so I ensure that all important information is being tracked.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The periodic display and monitoring of how Paycor is complied with makes HR life enormously more comfortable. I find myself significantly more planned and prepared to meet quarterly and annual deadlines. The incorporation of Paycor's time and attendance system into its mobile app allows me to address employee questions quickly, while giving them the opportunity to find the information within their own mobile app for their account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We need more web-based training accessible to those who want to understand Paycor's capability for new managers. Sending our admin department to onsite lessons can be tricky. I would love to see the incorporation of reliability into Paycor, as well as the compliance log that is readily available from our Paycor account.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paycor is in use at the moment globally. It slides in queries and updates from workers about their personal and work information, hours, vacations, attendance points and enables a smooth general conversation between areas. The employee database functions as a one-stop shop for employee information and ensures that requirements are met when needed.

If I have to pick a favorite aspect of Paycor, it would be its leader-focused design

They can change reps mid-onboarding, and this can create knowledge gaps

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is best for mid-sized businesses (50–1,000+ employees) and teams needing scalable, modular HR + payroll solutions
