What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

The integeration with third party is very smooth, pulling employees details from other third party system is very smooth and it has retry logic. Paycor has a very user friendly interface which I like most.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's itegeration capabilities and robust support options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the filtering options for the report is too much complex,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

very smooth integerations with most of third pary payroll vendors. It save us lots of time,

The customization available is helpful for our unique non-profit needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The self-service and customization of the features has helped empower our staff, increase the buy-in for the product implementation and streamlined some of our formerly manual processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As newer product users, we haven't encountered any major issues yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Participate in the product demo and survey stakeholders about their needs to have detailed information to provide Paycor. Knowing our software gaps helped specify how Paycor could help with our issues.
