Easy of use, self-service features, and monthly updates/enhancements

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most modules/features have there own reporting tool with no master reporting tool across HR functions (benefits, LMS, talent development, time, etc.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be open minded to adapt your current processes into the platform as you may find ways to automate or make them more efficient.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

The payroll and staffing services at our organization are handled by Paycor. Our payroll data is readily available in Paycor, and my management team relies on it to run the business. We also use software to broadcast available openings to numerous online, no-cost employment sites.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paycor is cheaper than ADP and the other bidders we considered. The ATS has proven to be an invaluable tool for us in resolving issues. Excellent training modules and user-friendly interface are two of the system's many strengths. The ATS is fantastic, by the way. It has allowed us to hire faster and easier track the status of each open position in record time. The payroll process is also quite simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The report-making process might be difficult to navigate at times. Paycor is actively attempting to improve this particular sector, but more work is needed. Sometimes it's not entirely clear who or where changes should be made.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Helps us connect the dots between the company's overarching aims and the work of our smaller teams. This helps us make sure that our teams aren't working in isolation on unrelated projects, which in turn boosts productivity by allowing us to align our efforts.
