Paycor was initially incorporated for payroll processing. The company added onboarding since there was no one in human resources and only one payroll person.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can track each employee's performance, productivity and progress of completed tasks, performance management is also used. You can track time worked in real time as well as submit. It also has a feature where you can send missed marks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some reports that I would like to run, but can't. If there is data for something, it should be reportable. However, Paycor reports offers a lot of reporting and customization. Transferring between payrolls could be easier. Lack of training for employees who seem unfamiliar with the product. They should answer phone calls and respond to emails.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software is easy to use, most of it is very intuitive and the implementation team I had was amazing. They made sure the transition to Paycor went smoothly. They listened to my needs and were very quick to help with any issues I had. The time and attendance and payroll functionalities are fantastic. Easy to use for both managers and employees. Paycor is an HRIS and Payroll system. Have demonstrated other modules, but none align with certain needs or budget.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes updates don't fix all the bugs and make it difficult to access. There are some reports that I would like to run, but can't. If there is data for something, it should be reportable. However, Paycor reports offer a lot of reporting and customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paycor keeps up to date on the latest developments with the software. It is efficient to use and allows users to multitask while providing an essential tool for conducting HR business. Implementation of the software was quick and easy. It is accurate and responsive; it is an excellent time-saving and overall business solution. The information that has been recorded and stored is splendid for generating reports and can produce relevant data quickly.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

We have as our main payroll system and hiring modules with Paycor because it allows us to post our job openings on various job boards saves us time and has brought several candidates to our organization and the related tax payments makes us almost an entire automated payment management system at the time we need it for an affordable cost for small businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This excellent software reduced our labor time as well as additional costs by complementing the integration between applicant tracking and onboarding has reduced our time to find, hire and set up new employees efficiently giving good results for the execution of other activities that need the attention of our teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tax module has been the only part that has been a little difficult for our staff due to the fact that they feel a degree of complexity to learn it, after some time learning it gives good results as we would also like the ability to build sections once and pull them into a template rather than having to manually build the same pieces over and over again which takes some of our time and could be simplified.

This very well developed HR management software is a great resource for centrally locating most employee personnel documents, evaluations and discipline. When reviewing an employee's history, it is easy to see everything in one place in an organized manner in one place, we recommend it because of the level of data security and advanced payroll management that can be done with it.
