What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
The ease of use for our HR staff is critical and Paycor excels in that area.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How simple and effective the implementation was. Very easy to use and install.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The site can be laggy at times. Failed logins seem to occur semi often.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a set it and forget type product this is for you. Once it’s implemented, you won’t have to do much maintenance.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
It's a very easy to use program which will help automate your recruiting process. For those that are used to email folders and posting jobs manually all over the place, you will love this program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The candidate life cycle and moving individuals through the recruiting process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel the pipeline/search field should be more robust. It's hard to find people from years ago.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For the cost, its fantastic. If you have never used an ATS before, this is a great one to begin with. Super easy to use with lots of various functions to help you in your recruiting efforts.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
There is a good integration to Paycor HR systems and makes onboarding so easy. It easily schedules with Google calendar and makes the pipeline easy to see.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The calendar integration with Google
What do you dislike most about this product?
Formatting the posting can be a little hard if there are bullet points. I always have to delete out each one and then make new bullets through the system or else the formatting on the website is wrong.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very helpful. Highly recommend.
