How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
The application is unique in that it consolidates all of our employee information into a single location. It's been fantastic for managing payroll and benefits.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity with which new employees can be onboarded and given accounts. It's great that data can be transferred from the applicant tracking system to the onboarding process. It is helpful to be able to monitor an application's progress right on the Paycor homepage. One other useful function is a notification alerting us to any modifications an employee has made to their profile, so that we may either approve or reject them. This is helpful when an employee relocates since it allows us to check their tax status and direct deposit information in some states. It has been changed properly, and they should be paid accordingly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting features have been known to malfunction on rare occasions. When the reports are executed, they will produce a "failure" message. It's quite challenging to get in touch with support via email tickets. For some reason, calling seems to be the most effective approach to reach someone, although doing so means spending time on the phone.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The simplicity of Paycor benefits both human resources and staff members. Using a system to track and manage applications that also feeds into a website is a fantastic idea.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
I think Paycor doesn't highly differentiate itself from competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The pricing and features available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The support is not the greatest and the overall performance of the program interacting with other programs we utilize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think if you are not wanting to spend top dollar for a system this is very viable option.
