Paylocity is a payroll and HR management platform that offers good features to help businesses manage and streamline their payroll processes. Compared to RUN Powered by ADP, Paylocity offers many features and tools for managing payroll, as well as an easy-to-use user interface and exceptional customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ease of use. Access to manage payroll and benefits accounts is easy and hassle-free. The technical support is excellent, with a team of professionals available to answer questions without problems. The ease of use of Paylocity is very high. It is intuitive to use, with a user-friendly interface and many features. This means that you can quickly learn how to use Paylocity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paylocity is an excellent payroll software solution that offers recruiting consultants powerful tools to simplify the recruiting process and help them make better decisions.

Paylocity is an efficient payroll solution with many tools to help the recruiting process. The software offers many features such as a recruiting portal, recruiting resource center, candidate screening, and much more. This helps recruiting consultants simplify the recruiting process as all their resources are at their fingertips.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

As a user of Paylocity, I realize it is terribly useful to stay track of a multitude of hr functions. I notably like having one place where we, as employees, will track our hours, track and request PTO, read announcements from HR, verify additional data on benefits packages, read pay stubs and tax forms, and more!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I prefer best regarding Paylocity is its use of it. I ne’er thought I’d find a solution that has so many uses. It’s an excellent application and web-based solution. It’s hard to understand where to start out because it has so many uses. The most used is for payroll purposes. The mobile app is simple to use, I use it on a daily basis to put down and out, check my punches, and see how many hours I’ve worked this week and in the past. I additionally love being able to see my paycheck details each historical and current. It also permits me to induce my W2’ quicker since I can transfer them as soon as they’re generated by the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The performance review module is clunky and not easy for staff. My biggest criticism is that there are needed multifactor authentication all day, every day. Even after I click “trust this device” on my desktop computer in a locked office. My unsecured laptop doesn’t create me do it every time. And nobody at Paylocity can tell me why or how to modify that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re like me and perpetually multitasking, the ability to chat with a representative online versus calling the HelpLine is extremely helpful. Recruiting and Onboarding are additionally very efficient and user-friendly.
