What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

We have been using this software for a long time and we have found it to be the best of those we have used for the management and development of our projects, not only because we can keep order with the activities, but also because it allows us to keep the accounting part in the same place and thus we can monitor the expenses of the activities that are executed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its online invoicing and billing system is a great feature that has helped us to streamline the accounting work of the projects, in addition to its integration with software such as Xero, has allowed the administrative department to keep track of income and expenses of the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We could say that it is not as intuitive as its competitors, which made it a little difficult for us to get started with its use. We had to invest some time to train the employees to know the new system and all its functions. Installing the software was not easy either, but we had the help of the technical service, who advised us very well on everything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a software that, after getting to know it well, can provide many possibilities to advance tasks and keep all the project management up to date. It is ideal for companies of all sizes, where the objective is to manage projects with order, so that everything flows well, including the accounting part, which is so important.

What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

This tool helps us enormously in the office with the organization of projects, we have an overview of all activities, which makes us move forward smoothly and quickly. I like that it is all in the same software and the Gantt chart view is perfect for orientation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Not only has the tracking and completion of tasks for projects, but also has financial and accounting functions, to keep all the project billing in the same software. A fairly easy to use tool despite the many functions and tools it has.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can become a bit slow software when you are uploading a lot of information at once. Also its mobile version lacks many of the important functions that its web version has, which limits its use when I am out of the office and I need to post the progress of the activities that I am executing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this software without hesitation, because I feel it is very complete in all the processes of the project and it is the most comfortable way to have from invoicing to the completion of the activities in a single program. We all found it very easy to use and not complicated at all.

What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

Low cost, easy to customize.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization, being able to setup many flows depending on the complexity of the project and on the requirements of my clients. My clients are very happy of the live reports that they can check whenever they need to without requesting them from us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cant think of anything that I dislike about Paymo, just a great tool for me.

Go ahead and try it, you will very satisfied with all the features it has. Makes project and client management super easy and trackable.
