What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

Ideal for assisting the business team in problem solving and developing strategies for planning and monitoring schedules. Paymo increases team interaction and coordination by providing ready-made templates that anyone can customize to their project's needs, allowing the team to track all project components and automate some of the workflow diagram quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paymo's capabilities for showing projects and tasks in a Kanban or Gantt chart have helped us better communicate and track projects. Paymo's push notification mechanism keeps me informed of task updates and upcoming tasks. The dashboards dedicated to monitoring our workloads and deadlines have been useful in guaranteeing quality and timely delivery. I really enjoy how it functions as a cloud database with all the updates and records collected by all team members during program enemies and follow-up. Paymo also allows us to retrieve files and attachments in the order of occurrences, saving us time and effort.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paymo is easy to use for all levels and does not require much training to fully utilize all of its features. And the notification system is efficient and accurate. But I have notes on the mobile app, which I think should match the web platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paymo's pre-made templates and ease of use helped us schedule and track project activity. I appreciate the idea of personalizing the panels and reports for each project. I appreciate how Paymo encourages creativity and makes kids think about solutions to challenges. Paymo allows team members to connect with schedules, amend tasks, and write notes on time, preventing delays in project completion.

What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

We have been using this software for a long time and we have found it to be the best of those we have used for the management and development of our projects, not only because we can keep order with the activities, but also because it allows us to keep the accounting part in the same place and thus we can monitor the expenses of the activities that are executed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its online invoicing and billing system is a great feature that has helped us to streamline the accounting work of the projects, in addition to its integration with software such as Xero, has allowed the administrative department to keep track of income and expenses of the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We could say that it is not as intuitive as its competitors, which made it a little difficult for us to get started with its use. We had to invest some time to train the employees to know the new system and all its functions. Installing the software was not easy either, but we had the help of the technical service, who advised us very well on everything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a software that, after getting to know it well, can provide many possibilities to advance tasks and keep all the project management up to date. It is ideal for companies of all sizes, where the objective is to manage projects with order, so that everything flows well, including the accounting part, which is so important.

What differentiates Paymo from other similar products?

The product is streamlined and easy to use. It has all the features I need for my business and has become an essential part of my day today work. They also have a fantastic customer service department who always respond promptly and remedy any technical issues quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it is so simple to use. The initial learning curve with similar products was very steep and I often gave up because they felt cluttered and complicated. Paymo made it easy and I had it up and running in no time. It is very organised with handy organisational tools and customisable to accommodate different clients with different currencies and fee rates. I also love that I can see all the paid and unpaid amounts at a glance, which helps me keep track of my earnings. I can also easily add my hourly expenses to invoices at the click of a button and the built-in timer is perfect for keeping on top of my timesheets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I particularly dislike. International banking integration would be a nice addition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a "solopreneur" like me, Paymo is just perfect for all our needs and is significantly less bloated than other productivity and project management tools. Just try it. You'll be hooked just like I was!
