What differentiates Ping Identity Platform from other similar products?

It has seamless feature for identity and access management of data and provides multi-factor authentication security from unauthorized access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Even if our password is compromised Ping Identity protects our account as a request is first sent to mobile app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the synchronization takes some time and we have to ask help for IT support to unlink our account if we lose access to mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works even if there is no network coverage and we can find a plenty of documentation about the API's.

Here are some factors that differentiate Ping Identity Platform from other similar products: Integration, Flexible authentication,True single-tenant solutions, No-code orchestration platform

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SSO and MFA using phone push notification.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes push notifications get delayed, bug fixes are done bit late.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Comparing other IAM tools, it has a legacy of integrating any business unit. just go for it its a fantastic product.
