What differentiates Ping Identity Platform from other similar products?

I feel managing the users is a very simple task for me due to the fact there is live reporting available so we can see if a user is being timed out from accepting a Ping.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact we can safely have our users authenticate with ping to access their emails on mobile devices and iPads. It is also easy to implement with the use of a QR code, we have our users scan the QR code after installing the app and Ping is then easily setup and ready to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have found sometimes with SSO it will add additional space to the end of an email address therefore suggesting the authentication attempt is invalid, however this may be a glitch internally our end.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great piece of software and is easy to use, we have all our users currently using it.

Easy to use and super light application Simple user interface SIngle sign on helps to avoid entry of passcode multiple times Intsant notifications at the time of accessing websites Multiple types of passcodes

What do you dislike most about this product?

More dependency on admins for change of device, should have helpful if the controls are with users

Economic and ultra light mobile application with good ease of use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Authentication through different modes like passcode, Touch ID, Face ID Integration with all other internal tools is quick Instant notification while access the internal portal Easy to use application User interface is simple

What do you dislike most about this product?

Change of device is bit lengthy process

Must have access management tool to secure the company's portal/website usage
