What differentiates Proofpoint Advanced Threat Protection from other similar products?

The depth of tools available for securing email and the integration of the education platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the ability of users to report email for analysis and the TRAP/CLEAR functionality that will pull threats from all mailboxes across the organization. This is a real time saver and helps to secure all mailboxes as soon as a threat is identified.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My single biggest complaint is that all the product components are split into separate portals. It would be really great if they could bring all the components into a single environment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest in both the security and education platforms. The features cross over and integrate and helps to also identify what users are more likely to put you at risk.
