What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?

To be honest, I do not know. Qualtrics was recommended to me over Survey Monkey by a colleague experienced with surveys and I followed that advise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the ways in which you can differentiate the data by the automatically provided participant categories and the customised ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I use visualisations I cannot customise the numbers etc on the x and y axes in terms of font and size. When I exported some, the numbers were too small to use for a PowerPoint presentation and sometimes they come out on top of each other, so they’re unreadable. I contacted support about this, but they couldn’t do anything about it. Finally, sometimes there’s an error when I look at the data as reports, I think it says ‘widget error’ and I can’t see the data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Watch the free training videos and get familiar with its features and the service available for support. I recommend Qualtrics because it is easy to use and reliable. I did my first survey with Qualtrics. It has a broad range of features and tools that make analysis and presentation of data easy. Support was fairly quick, usually within 24 hours but sometimes up to two days, and they solved my problem 8 out of 10 times. If I had to do another survey, then I would use Qualtrics again.

Breadth of survey tools. Fantastic customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The wide availability of survey development tools. Lots of options for customizing surveys to meet the needs of the research project. Ease of adding collaborators and sharing/distributing surveys. Multi-device functionality. Amazing customer service/technical assistance team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steep learning curve to really get the full benefits of the product. Data visualization feels/looks primitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend for an effective survey development and analyzation tool. Features and customer service alone make it worth it!

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?

Qualtrics Core XM is different from other products in the ease of usability and intuitiveness of their product. Their pricing plans are also better than other similar platforms because they offer a base program and then you can pay for other advanced features. Even the base product plan includes a ton of features unlike other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The intuitiveness of the survey builder. I can create advanced surveys with multiple logics/paths for users to take. And then the data appears in a nice generic (but editable) report that is easy to access and share.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how expensive additional ad-on features can be. For certain clients, I will tell them about all the platform can do, but then they keep having to pay extra for those features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you do your research first and try to get your client associate to build the best plan possible for you with the most features possible for your budget because adding them on later can be more expensive.
