Robust capabilities but expensive

What differentiates Qualtrics CoreXM from other similar products?
Very robust and long history - well known and widely used
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Robust features - good templates and recommendations
What do you dislike most about this product?
Costly - even for features available less expensively from the DIY providers (SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, etc.). Aimed more at large/enterprise market than middle or small market users (and needs)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Expensive solution but robust capabilities - may be better for very complex or enterprise (5,000 employees plus or large D2C, CPG, Retail, etc. companies/needs) - for most uses the widely known DIY providers are less expensive, totally adequate and a more efficient, lower-cost solution
