What differentiates Rocket.Chat from other similar products?

It is very customizable and the cost is relatively cheaper than other vendors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is super easy to add different communication channels and services as per the business needs. It also makes it easy to distinguish between the core team and the client team communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I love everything about this product. However, I believe the user interface could be improved a bit to have that modern look like the other tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If anyone is looking to build their own custom communication tool or the nature of the business is very agile, I highly recommend trying this product.

First of all, it is an open-source project so you can see more contributions and much more features.

The price of the product is very competitive and the chatting features works well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The notification of the chats is not coming frequently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please work on the notification and video calling feature of this product.
