What differentiates Rocket.Chat from other similar products?

Rocket.Chat is different from similar products because it more secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Rocket.Chat allows me to create private group/channel so i can communicate with my team easily. I like that Rocket.Chat can be access from any device and there is also a web version as such there is no need to install the application on your computer. I like that Rocket.Chat allows you to notify an entire channel or just persons online when sending a message in a group.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue I have with Rocket,Chat is that I don't have the option to delete a chat. I only have the option to Hide, Marked As Read Or Add to favorite. Although this might have been a feature that has been disabled by our IT department

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Rocket.Chat to any organization. Its a great tool for you to communicate with your team and also anyone within your organization
