Rocket. Chat is a very professional tool, looks very clear and clean, built with priority enterprise support. It offers to chat and team collaboration using groups called channels and it's also very easy to share files here. They do not provide an email server. Admin has the right to control the happenings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved many features like editing and deleting the texts that are sent, the feature to edit is revolutionary and it personally helps me a lot. I love the software and it is very easy to use, functions quickly and is also smart enough to handle the timezones of international team members. Channels help in keeping the groups for discussion productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Apart from providing a lot of features, there are a few downsides, too many crashes when an update is rolled out. Sometimes there is a delivery delay, especially in the mobile app. Still, it will not overshadow the pros.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rocket. Chat has a lot of community support as it is widespread in the industry. their pricing starts from free, so to start with, It will be a great tool.

Rocket Chat is better than similar app due to the fact that it allows you to create Channels for different departments

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Rocket.Chat can be access on all devices. I like that it is very easy to use. With Rocket Chat you are able to create Channels for each department and also Private Channel for your team. When send a message to a channel or group you are able to notify all members of the group

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only thing about Rocket.Chat that I dislike is that it dont gives me the option to delete a private chat only option is to Hide chat

I would recommend using Rocket.Chat within your organization as it reduces Talk Time as an agent will get instant response as it relates to getting assistance from support members

Rocket chat is more professional in terms of implementation and usage. it restricts users from private channels and discussion and also supports collaborative environment. it can be setup on your own business domain and it also comes with pre made mobile application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing is the ease of personalization that Rocket chat allows you. Your employees can use rocket chat from any corner if you setup it on you domain and it comes with app for both iOS and Android which helps in keeping it handy where ever you want it to be with you

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the aspect of replying in thread, it creates a confusion when you cannnot see the the reply if a discussion in your inbox. it keeps showing a blue dot which is very annoying and must be resolved. It also hangs many times and shows that 'invalid user' and then I have to refresh the domain manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can definitely go with Rocket chat if you want a well designed solution for your internal communication. It will help you in branding you domain in your workspace. and it is very cost effective as well
