My favorite aspects are its customization options, open-source nature, and self-hosting ability. Many users also appreciate the platform's ease of use and scalability, as well as the built-in support for video and voice conferencing. What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few things I didn't like that much which include a less user-friendly interface and limited customization options compared to the desktop version of the platform. Additionally, some performance issues, such as slow load times and resource utilization problems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In real time, you can publish a message, ping a specific individual, and embellish it with emoji—all of which I find quite convenient. Favoriting a chat room ensures that it always appears on your list of recent chats; easily changing your profile and preferences; and the ability to go back and make changes to previously posted messages are all features that I find useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's frustrating when the program gets behind on messages and takes a full minute to catch up. I also dislike how the pinned messages feature is inconsistent and does not always function. It's possible to pin an invisible message to it, however I'm not sure if there's a limit to the number of characters you may use. Another thing I don't like is that you can't actually erase private messages with someone; all you can do is conceal them until you're ready to remove them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it because I like how easy it is to use. In addition to providing real-time communication, it is also quite simple to use and set up.
