What differentiates Rocket.Chat from other similar products?

It is ALL-IN-ONE: Instant messaging Video conferencing Webinar File collaboration File share Omnichannel

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Freemium capabilities and Omnichannel. You can also deploy it by yourself

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support is mostly irresponsive unless you have a Premium license.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is waaaay better than Slack, yet for some reason, it's not all that well known. I would take this over Slack ANYDAY. It's hard to compete agains the likes of MS Teams that have a horrible product but gives you access as a bundle when you sign for Office360... Rocket.Chat is simply amazing when you put it against the aforementioned two. It's fast, gives you a ton of granular customization for a fraction of the cost.
