What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility and ease of integrating a chat widget into your web app in the manner of your choosing by the execution of a JavaScript script in your web app without the need to import any additional modules. And the features are fantastic, although learning how to put them to good use may prove challenging.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That the user interface is clumsy or outdated, or like how embedding a live chat requires a script that, by default, will only run on the server's address and not any website, and that, in order to make it work anywhere, it must be placed in a separate page, when it would be preferable to place it directly within the main page.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great tool for free communication, file sharing, group chats, and data sharing, which is why I suggest using it. In addition, the channel itself can serve as the setting for a conversational "room." Really helpful if you're trying to avoid 1000 channels.
