What differentiates Sage X3 from other similar products?

The cost and the ability to allow for easy customization internally. Sage X3 cuts across all business functions and as a result allows for easy integrations and a bird's eye view of business performance. The transactions are real-time and that helps to make quick decisions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The distribution module, the way it works is so seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The difficulty in the development and the lack of knowledge from the Technical team around this area. Too much dependency on the French team resulted in a longer turnaround time for calls logged and in some cases not resolved at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adopt your business processes to the software, not the other way round. It is ok to review the business process and change in some areas to suit Sage. Sage X3 works very well if using the standard processes with minimum customization.
