What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?
I believe it is one of the most complete products in the category. Easy to use and very good to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of customer follow-up. Easy to keep the steps taken by him. It helped a lot at the contact points.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I always think that many apps have a fine line between good and bad. For the most part, what makes you sensational is the same thing that gets in the way. We have many options and versatility. For those just starting out on the usage journey it can seem very complex and complicated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Maybe the price is too high, but it's worth it when you think about tracking and acquiring customers.
