My favorite aspect of Salesforce Health Cloud is its 360-degree patient view combined with customizable care coordination tools. It pulls together clinical data, SDoH, lifestyle information, communication history, and care team interactions into one unified profile. This empowers providers to deliver personalized, holistic care, rather than just treating isolated conditions or encounters. The flexibility to customize workflows, tasks, and alerts based on specific patient needs or roles (e.g., care manager vs. nurse) is a big differentiator.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest drawback of Salesforce Health Cloud is its complexity and high implementation effort—especially for organizations without deep Salesforce expertise.
