What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

It is very easy to use, has advance features and allows to maintain better customer relationship management. It is highly secure platform to interact with stakeholders and customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect would be its highly secure nature, it takes care of customer privacy and maintain security.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is less collaborative and is quite expensive product.

It is an excellent product to enhance your customer relationship management skills.
