What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

It's a cloud based platform working on multi tenant MVC architecture. The customization which is available in salesforce is very much high when compared to other platforms and also the security which Salesforce provides is top notch compared to other CRM the amount of functionality Salesforce provides is very much high such as salesforce Pardot, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Einstein analytics etc it's very much easier to learn Salesforce which helps in the better growth of the organisation

1.pricing 2.need to better features in lightning 3. Integration can be made easier

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Amazing Cloud based CRM platform which improves the company's productivity and growth. Be very much careful in the security part and lighting part. Try to purchase the Salesforce licence which gives a lot of standard and custom object plus much more features so please do consider in purchasing the Salesforce CRM over other CRM
