Salesforce is a leading platform to enable Sales and other BU's to drive results, the extent of customization is extremely powerful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Out of the box solution for opportunities allowing you to configure whats required to get you fast ROI. More focus is on declarative customization options meaning less to coding for low level customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For small organizations cost can be a limiting factor

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Expect to have people internally who can support this product as this enables continual improvement and as your business grows, the product will require many changes.

It's scalability and it's ecosystem that they developed makes Salesforce totally different.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile Accessibility is the think I loved in Salesforce. Their mobile-first approach is good decision.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost is high and also data storage linit is low I don't like this thing otherwise everything is fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First see what is your business objectives from Salesforce plan assessment to find your need also need technically strong person who knows Salesforce really well to implement that means you need to manage your budget properly.
