What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

Salesforce Provides an ecosystem of cloud-based services and products which meets the requirements of various use cases. It is helping organisations across different domains such as health care to shift their businesses to cloud solutions, Salesforce Platform is highly extensive and easy to learn. We can change it as per our business needs. It provides a complete 360 product where all the data can be tracked and stored in one place instead of having multiple storage for different domains.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many advantages of using Salesforce for your business needs, 1. Centralised Data management: All your data is stored in one Platform, so you don't have to look anywhere. 2. Customization and Flexibility: Salesforce Allows you to customise its platform as per your needs. 3. Automation: There are various Automation Tools like WOrkflows, and Process Builder which you can use to automate various business requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recently, Salesforce seems to have increased its prices for various products. But I feel Salesforce could leverage AI and try to reduce its cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a problem which you're trying to solve and want to quickly scale up your business. Salesforce is the right product for you. Salesforce offers a wide variety of products helpful for product, marketing and sales teams.

Traction provided after using Salesforce is excellent. Improved my business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used CRM from salesforce and it had proven wonderful results over the last year and the traction it created for my business is excellent. The customer interactions after using the product helped grow my small business. Proven to provide wonderful results.

What do you dislike most about this product?

CRM is quite expensive compared to other products in the industry but the features it provides is proven worth it. I had been using Microsoft dynamic 365 before but compared to that , Salesforce has been efficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please go for it. Totally worth for any business types. Highly recommended.
