Solid support structure, good automation abilities, very good integration with 3rd party products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation can be lengthy but it's really the industry standard product offering for what it does. Once up and running on the IT landscape it becomes highly adaptable and can be integrated with 3rd parties.
