What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform's ability to be tailored to precise business needs and its seamless integration capabilities are particularly valuable. This flexibility supports efficient workflows and improves customer engagement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The steep learning curve and the complexity of setup and customization present challenges, often necessitating expert assistance. Additionally, the cost can be a major setback for smaller agencies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce is a very good choice whether you are a small, medium or large sized company, the issues that you should consider are the price, and the complexity of creating any project (the design) then also you should consider that for sure the employees will require training sessions to know how use it.
