SAP CRM can facilitate the sales cycle by automating straightforward tasks like sales data entry and customer data gathering, consumer contact information, leads targeted, and plenty of more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When we have SAP as a software system it works great conjointly provides plenty of support on C4C. All the functions are accessible and it’s user-friendly. UI is the same currency so it’s simple to use and manage. The most effective factor concerning this CRM is extremely customizable. It’s among the most economical CRM systems developed by SAP that helps users to navigate through the site quickly. The entire interface is very minimal and user-friendly. Reporting and analytics options are great pros. Need not purchase any extra product or supporting add-on to fulfill reportage and analytics needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The concern regarding this CRM is related to performance. The CRM gets down occasionally, however usual queries take a moment to process. I would like if the SAP team might fix this issue, then it’d be additional fun to use this tool. Generally lagging and slow to load the tool (mainly it got lagged between operating and if you’re doing serious work), you actually want a very fast net to use the software.

What differentiates SAP Sales Cloud from other similar products?

Starting With The Sky. The essential cost of licenses is paid on a pay-as-you-go basis. Analytical features such as reporting are incredibly beneficial. No additional products or add-ons are required to meet reporting and analytics needs. I have a long list of reasons why this product is superior to its competitors. We are eliminating the need to purchase servers and staff for those stuck. Expanding or rescaling isn't a problem, either. SAP Sales is the best IT service and solution without a box.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We've saved money on the upkeep of our facilities. In terms of premise systems, we're shelling out a ton of cash! That's our savings right there. Sap Cloud makes it possible for us to do so. It's much easier to get things done when we have SAP on the backend. It has all the features we need and is easy to use. It's simple to use and manage because the UI is the same.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Backend connectivity is still challenging. We may face a challenge if further development is needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP is the first name that springs to mind when thinking of ERP software. The system is very strict about the proper operation. If you want it to work precisely for you, simply follow the procedure; it will work miracles!
